It is not the kind of place with bean bags or free snacks like the big startups. We just sit at our desks and write code or fix bugs all day. The 10th Cross is a bit narrower than the main roads, so it is slightly quieter, which helps with focusing. We have been in Ganganagar for a while now. You can see the trees outside the window, and sometimes the monkeys come by on the roof. We mostly keep to ourselves and work on the projects we have in front of us. Our team is small, so we all know what everyone else is doing. It’s a lot of staring at screens and drinking coffee. Sometimes we go out to the main road to get some lunch at the local spots. It’s a good neighborhood for a software place because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, but you still feel like you are in the middle of everything. We just do our thing and keep the servers running.
