Oak Woods Premiere Prestige

You can find us at 22/3 on the 2nd Cross in Parasuram Garden. This is in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. It’s a nice part of town, though the traffic on the way here can be quite a mess most days. We manage the Oak Woods Premiere Prestige property from this location. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things like the garden and the building maintenance. Being in Bangalore, we deal with a lot of different people coming and going. The office we use is small and tucked away near the garden area. We spend a lot of time talking to residents and making sure the water supply and the lights are working like they should. It’s a hands-on job. We don’t sit behind desks all day. Most of us wear comfortable shoes because we are constantly moving between the different blocks. Ulsoor has a lot of old trees and a good atmosphere, which makes working here quite pleasant when the weather is nice. We have a small team, and we all help out with whatever is needed, whether it's fixing a leak or helping someone with their keys. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s just a group of people making sure the place stays in good shape for the folks who live here. We just take it one day at a time and handle things as they come.
