Nxtree Technologiesprivate Limited is based out of Nandi Gardens, Phase 1, in the Anjanapura area. We are in the Revathi Block, specifically unit 1B11. It is a bit of a trek from the main city center of Bangalore, but it’s a lot quieter out here. Being away from the noise helps us get things done. We are a tech company, but we don't act like those big ones you see on the news. Regular people who happen to be good with software and tech systems make up our team. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting and building things that people need. It can be tedious work, sitting in front of monitors for eight or nine hours, but we don't mind it. The office is small and a bit crowded with equipment, but it works for us. We started this because we wanted a place where we could work on our own terms. No one wears suits here. Drinking tea and trying to meet our deadlines is the daily routine. Sometimes we get stuck on a coding problem for days, but eventually, we find a way through. It's just how the tech world is. We’re glad to be in Bangalore, even if we are tucked away in a residential-feeling area. The commute is a bit different from the usual city grind. We just do our work and go home. Persistence and a lot of trial and error keep us going.
