Out here at the 7th Mile on Hosur Road, things move pretty fast. Our office is located at 49/1 and 49/3 in the Garvebhavi Palya area. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly about the traffic and the constant growth. Novell Software Development India Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this landscape for some time now. The building isn't anything extraordinary, just a functional place where we can sit down and get our daily work done. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving along. We have a lot of space between the two plots, 49/1 and 49/3, so we aren’t too crowded inside our rooms. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting and writing code while the sounds of Hosur Road drift in from the distance. It’s a dusty area, and sometimes the power flickers, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just a group of people who know how to build software and happen to work in this specific corner of Garvebhavi Palya. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare depending on the time of day, but once we’re inside, it’s just us and our keyboards. It’s a plain, honest way to spend the work week, and we are fine with that. It's just what we do here at 49/1.
