We are set up in Mantri Elegance, which is a big residential complex on Bannerghatta Road in the NS Palya area. Novastreams Technology Private Limited is located in Block E, specifically Flat No. 1102. Being on the 11th floor gives us a pretty decent view of the Bangalore skyline, though most of the time we are just staring at our screens. Bannerghatta Road is always moving, and the sound of traffic is constant, but once you are up in the office, it is actually quite peaceful. We chose this spot because it's easy for some of us to get to and it has all the basic amenities we need. It’s not your typical commercial office space; it feels more like a home that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend our days working on various technology projects, and we try to keep things efficient. There are a lot of files and cables around, and the kitchen is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea. We don't have a lot of formal meetings; we usually just talk across the room when something comes up. It is a practical way to work.
