Njproductions is based in Bangalore, specifically in the 560053 zip code area. We’ve been operating out of this part of the city for a while now. Bangalore is a big, busy place, and we are just one of the many small businesses making a go of it here. Our workspace is pretty simple. It’s filled with cameras, tripods, and a few computers for editing. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Most of our work happens on site, so the office is mainly a place for us to store gear and put together the final pieces of our projects. It’s not always the tidiest place, especially when we are coming back from a long shoot and just need to drop everything. We don't spend much time on fancy self-promotion. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. The traffic in Bangalore can be a real pain, so we spend a good chunk of our day just navigating the roads to get to different locations. It’s a lot of waiting for the right light or the right moment to capture something. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We prefer to keep things low-key and just get the job done without much fuss. It’s a practical way to live and work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just keep doing our thing.
