You can find me over at 18/A Cubbonpet. The area is quite busy and old-fashioned in its layout. We are in the HMS Complex, which is near the Ulsoor police station. It can be a bit tricky with the narrow streets and the traffic, but that’s just how this part of Bangalore is. The Pydhonie and Mandvi names are sometimes used around here too. I’ve been working from this spot for a while now. The office is a small space where I keep all my things organized. It’s not a modern building with a lot of glass, but it’s sturdy and in the heart of the city. Being near the police station is a good landmark for people who haven't visited before. There is always a lot of movement outside, street vendors and people going about their business. Inside, it’s a bit quieter so I can get my work done. I handle a variety of things here and the days are usually pretty full. It’s a very local feel, nothing like the big IT parks you see on the other side of town. I know many of the other shop owners in the complex. We chat when we have a break. It’s a decent place to be if you like being where the action is. I just focus on getting the tasks finished one by one. There is a small tea shop downstairs where I go when I need a five-minute break from the desk. It works for me.
