Nivayam Technologies Private Limited is based on the first floor of building 677 in HSR Layout. We are right on the 27th Main road, near the 13th Cross in Sector 1. If you know HSR, you know it’s a very busy neighborhood with startups and shops on every corner. Our place is above some other stores, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street below. The traffic on 27th Main is usually pretty loud, especially in the evening when everyone is heading home or going out to eat. Inside the office, it’s quite basic. We have a few rows of desks and some chairs that have been around for a long time. We don’t have a fancy lounge or any of that stuff. Usually, there are some boxes of computer parts sitting in the corner because we’re always in the middle of a project. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to watch our step when we’re carrying things up. We usually go out for lunch at one of the small food joints around HSR. There’s a lot of variety, which is the best part of working in this area. The team is just a few of us who know how to get the work done. We don’t bother with long presentations or pointless meetings. Most of our communication is just talking across the room or sending a quick text. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but very productive place to be.
