Nirman Engineers & Contractors

We operate out of a small office on the first floor at 97/3 in Rajajinagar. It is located on 45th Cross, 3rd Main, and is quite near the ESI Hospital. Being engineers and contractors means we are rarely just sitting in the office all day. Most of our time is spent out at various construction sites across the city, checking on how things are progressing. The office itself is usually cluttered with rolls of blueprints, stacks of site reports, and some samples of building materials. It is not a fancy place to look at, just a functional space where we do our planning and paperwork. We have a small team, and we have been doing this work for quite some time now. Dealing with laborers, suppliers, and different clients keeps us on our toes. Sometimes projects get delayed because of the weather or material shortages, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. The area near the hospital is always busy with traffic, so parking our vehicles can be a real headache. We do not do much in the way of advertising. We just take on one job at a time and try to finish it properly. It is a tough industry with a lot of competition, but we have managed to stay busy. We prefer to let the work speak for itself rather than using big words to describe what we do. It is just how we operate.
