I am Niranjan K S and this is just a little bit about what goes on here. My place is located at 29 Shivaji Nagar, right on the Sinhgad Road. If you know this part of town, it is quite near Nanded Phata in the Dalviwadi area. I am up on the 3rd Floor of the Maliks Building. It is a solid enough building, though I have to say the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them every day. I have been working out of this particular space for a long time now. It is where I keep all my files and handle the various tasks that need to be finished before the day is out. The view from the third floor is not too bad, as you can see the road and all the people moving about. It is a very practical setup for what I do. Nothing fancy or polished. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of work that needs attention. I try to stay organized, but sometimes the papers just pile up when things get really busy. Shivaji Nagar is a good spot to be in, even if the noise from Sinhgad Road gets a bit loud during the rush hour. I usually start quite early and stay until everything is sorted. The other people in the building know me well enough. It is just a regular, day-to-day operation here in Dalviwadi. If you are looking for the Maliks Building, it is easy to find once you get to the right stretch of the road. I handle everything myself here.
