Niranjan Babu

Niranjan Babu is located in the Malleshwaram area of Bangalore. We are specifically in the Shiv Sainath Chawl, at room 101, C 48. Malleshwaram is one of those old-school parts of the city that still has a lot of its original charm. It’s not all glass and steel like the newer parts of Bangalore. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of the community. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—the flower sellers, the traffic, and people talking to each other. It’s a very lively place to work. Our office in room 101 is small but we make the most of it. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we have to stay organized. Niranjan Babu is the name on the door. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we’ve gotten to know the people around us. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of cars. It’s just us in this small room, getting the work done one day at a time. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of files to deal with, but it works for us. We like the feel of this neighborhood. It’s honest and it’s real. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are already. It’s a simple, straightforward life here in Malleshwaram. We just keep doing what we do.
