This office is tucked away in M.C. Layout on the 19th Main road. It’s not the main hospital campus everyone usually thinks of, but more of a specific spot at No. 28/39. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination from here. The area is mostly residential and quiet, which is a nice change of pace from the busier parts of Bangalore. Every morning, we open up and get through the pile of files and requests that come our way. The building itself is just a regular structure, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. We have a small group of people working inside who have a lot of experience with how things run in the medical and research world. It can get a bit hectic when there are deadlines or big projects going on, but mostly we just stick to our routines. There is a small shop nearby where we usually grab coffee or snacks during the break. Working in M.C. Layout feels a bit more like being part of a neighborhood than being in a big institution. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the work we do every day. Sometimes people get lost trying to find the exact house number because the layout can be a bit confusing, but we are usually around to point them in the right direction if they call.
