Nimbus Computer System

We started Nimbus Computer System here in Bommanahalli 18 a while back. It’s mostly just us working on laptops and desktop setups for people who live nearby. Some days are really busy with repairs and other times we’re just waiting for parts to arrive in the mail. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of screwdrivers. We deal with all sorts of computer problems, from broken screens to software that won’t load. It gets pretty dusty in here sometimes because of the road outside, but we manage. Most of the people who come in are regulars who know where we are. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or seeing the sign when they walk by. It’s a small team, usually two or three of us. We try to get things done as fast as we can, but sometimes the parts take a few days. We’ve seen a lot of different gadgets come and go over the years. Some are easy to fix and others are just a headache. We don't have a big corporate lobby or free coffee, just a bench where you can sit while we look at your machine. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we like being part of the neighborhood. If the lights are on, we are usually inside working on something. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the machines running.
