Nigama Properties

We’re located in the Vasavi Complex on the 1st Floor, over at 147 Seshadripuram 1st Main. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of the city. Nigama Properties is a small team. We spend most of our time looking at records or talking to people about local spots. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve got a window that looks out onto the street, so we see the daily flow of the neighborhood. Seshadripuram is a lively area, and being in the Vasavi Complex means we’re surrounded by other small businesses. It’s a convenient location for us. We don’t have any fancy decor or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We mostly use old-school notebooks and a couple of computers. It’s a practical way to work. People often drop in just to ask questions or have a quick chat about what’s happening in the area. We’ve been around for a good bit now, so we know the local streets and the history of the buildings nearby. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything straight. It’s the kind of office where the door is usually open and there’s always someone around to help with paperwork or directions. We don't worry about being the biggest office around. We just focus on keeping our records clean and our visitors happy when they stop by.
