Nici In Software

Nici In Software is tucked away at 813 Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which is good for us because we need to concentrate. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit, and it suits what we do. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the computers we need. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus in this city. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We’re just a bunch of people who know our way around software. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We don't promise the moon, we just try to fix the problems that are put in front of us. Banashankari has its own vibe, and we feel like we fit in pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do okay and keep the lights on. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a bug we can’t catch, but usually, we head home at a decent hour. It’s just a normal job for us. We do the work, and that’s about it.
