Nica Technologies is located at C-104 in the 2nd Block of the KSSIDC Complex. We’re right in Electronics City on Hosur Road, which sounds very high-tech, but our actual space is pretty down-to-earth. It’s a functional unit where we handle technology work. We don't have those fancy beanbag chairs or glass walls you see in movies. It’s just desks, cables, and a lot of hardware scattered around. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we’ve seen technology change inside and out. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to make things work the way they’re supposed to. Sometimes it’s frustrating when a piece of gear won't cooperate, but we eventually get it sorted. The KSSIDC Complex is a busy place with lots of other small companies like ours. We often run into people from the neighboring units at the local food stalls. It’s a good environment for working. We don't spend money on big ads or polished presentations. We’d rather just let the work we do speak for itself. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to our customers without a lot of bureaucracy. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of things and show up every day to get it done. No big corporate attitude here.
