Our office is located on 2nd Main Road in Indira Nagar Stage 2. It’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of greenery, though the traffic can be quite bad during the rush hour. We aren't in one of those huge corporate parks. Instead, we are in a more regular building among the shops and houses. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess with computers, monitors, and cables running across the floor in some places. We are a small group and we don't really follow a strict dress code. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. We spend our time trying to solve different problems and building stuff on our screens. There are whiteboards all over the walls with drawings and notes that probably don't make sense to anyone else. We go out for lunch at the local places nearby quite often. We’ve been here for a few years and have seen the area change a lot. We don't have a big reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. It’s a relaxed way to work, even when we are busy trying to meet a deadline. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make things that actually work for people. It’s not fancy, but it suits us well enough. We just keep at it every day.
