Nexgen Company

Nexgen Company is tucked away at 55/8-6 in Brindavan Nagar. S.G. Palya is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. We’re in a quiet enough corner, which is nice compared to the main roads. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The office is mostly computers and a few desks pushed together. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking over the phones. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we’re just doing our jobs and making sure our clients are taken care of. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. That’s where most of the actual talking happens. The building is a standard residential-looking block turned into workspace. It’s comfortable, if a bit tight. We don't bother with fancy dress codes or anything like that. People come in wearing whatever. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in Brindavan Nagar for a bit and it feels like a good fit for a small outfit like ours. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished by evening. Most days are pretty much the same routine.
