Newtech Solutions

Our spot is over at Rangaswamy 66, right on the 16th Cross of Mico Main Road. Chinnayanaplaya is a busy little pocket of Bangalore, and being near the main road means we are easy to find but it also means it’s never really quiet. We’ve been running Newtech Solutions from this building for several years now. The office is pretty basic—just some tables, chairs, and all the hardware we need to do our jobs. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with a glass building. We prefer being right here where we can interact with people directly. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things that might look a bit messy to an outsider. There are usually half-empty cups of tea sitting around and stacks of paper that need filing. We focus on the technical tasks at hand, whether it’s software or hardware related. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We don’t put on any acts; we just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything is running right before we lock up for the night. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we value getting things fixed over looking polished.
