We've been here at No. 360 on 13th 80 Feet Road for quite a while now. It’s tucked away in A Sector, over in New Town Yalahanka. If you know the neighborhood you know it gets pretty busy around here. Tokita Seeds India Pvt. Ltd. is basically what the sign out front says. We deal with seeds. Mostly, we spend our time talking to growers and looking at what grows well in different soils. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done and handle the actual moving of the seeds from one place to another. We have a small team here. Some of us have been in this industry for years, while others are just learning how things go. It's actually quite something how a tiny seed ends up being a whole field of crops. People stop by sometimes to ask about specific varieties, and we try to give them a straight answer based on what we've seen. The weather is usually okay for this work, though the traffic on 80 Feet Road can be a real headache. We just focus on getting the right packets to the right people. There’s a lot of checking involved because if a grower gets the wrong thing, it ruins their whole season. We get that. So, we stay focused and do the work. It’s mostly about being reliable. No big secrets here, just seeds and people.
