New National Time Centre

We are tucked away in the Peenya Industrial Area, near the Eshwara Temple. The address is 744 on Narsi Natha Street, number 288. It can be a bit tricky to find us if you are not a local. The whole area is always loud with trucks and machinery from the big factories nearby. Inside our place, it is a bit quieter. We work on all sorts of timekeeping pieces. There are watches all over the counter and some wall clocks that haven't worked in years. We keep them just for the parts. It is a dusty business, honestly. We have these small drawers filled with glass faces and leather straps. My hands are usually a bit stained from the oil we use for the gears. We do not have a big staff here, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes we go there during the lunch break just to get away from the noise of the street. It is a very practical shop. We do not have any fancy displays. Just a sturdy workbench and some good natural light. People from the surrounding factories bring their watches in when they break. We do what we can to fix them up. It has been our routine for many years and we do not see it changing much. We just keep working on the clocks and watching the day go by. It is simple work.
