New Life Watch Works

We are located down at No. 47, specifically right below the Archies Gallery in Jayanagar. It’s on 29th Cross, near 10th Main in the 4th Block, which most people call Geetha Colony around here. Being downstairs means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step coming down. We have been working on watches at New Life Watch Works for a good while now. It’s a bit of a cluttered shop, to be honest. We have tools scattered around and parts for different types of clocks on the shelves. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Jayanagar is a busy area, so there is always someone walking by the gallery upstairs. Sometimes the noise from the street filters down, but it’s mostly peaceful. We spend our mornings setting things up and our evenings finishing off whatever is left on the bench. We don’t do much advertising because we’ve been in this spot so long that people just remember us when their watch stops ticking. It is a steady way to spend the day. We are just local people doing local work. If you see the Archies sign, you are pretty much there, just look for the entrance going down. The light is a bit dim in the back corner, but we have a good lamp for the fine work.
