New Arya Bhavan

New Arya Bhavan is actually located inside Platinum City. To find us, you have to go to No 11/E on the 3rd floor. We are right on H.M.T. Main Road in Yeshwantpur. Living and working in Bangalore-560022 means dealing with a lot of noise from the trucks and the buses passing by all day long. Being on the third floor helps a little bit with the dust, but not much. We spend a lot of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the supplies arrived like they were supposed to. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the building because it’s a big complex, so we have to go down and find them. Our space is functional, with enough tables for the lunch rush. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the fans going full speed. The staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the routine by heart now. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they live in the apartments nearby or they work in the offices on the main road. It is a lot of hard work keeping a food place running in this city, especially with how prices keep changing for vegetables and gas. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the floor swept and the food ready.
