Nettrek Solutions is located right in the middle of Rt Nagar in Bangalore. If you’ve spent any time in this city, you know that Rt Nagar has its own pace, and it’s usually pretty fast. Our office is just a regular spot where we’ve set up our desks and computers to handle whatever comes our way. It isn’t some high-tech glass building; it’s just a functional workspace where we spend our hours. We’ve got a small group of people here, and most of us have been around for a while, so we know how to work together without needing a lot of formal meetings. The noise from the traffic outside is pretty much constant, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking through different technical problems that need solving. There isn’t a lot of extra space, so it can get a bit cluttered with old hardware and stacks of notebooks, but we manage just fine. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or fancy branding stuff. We just focus on the work itself and try to stay on schedule. Being in Bangalore means there’s always something changing, but our little office here in Rt Nagar stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable place for us to gather and get things done, and that’s really all we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us.
