Netgensoft Research And Development is based in Horamavu. Our office is at No. 17, which we call Siri, on the ground floor. It’s tucked away in the 1st A Cross of the Vijayabank colony extension. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit calmer than the main city roads. We like it here because it feels more relaxed. We have a ground-floor setup which is easy for people to walk into. We do research and development work, mostly focused on software and tech solutions. It's a lot of sitting in front of monitors and testing out new ideas. The team isn't very big, just a handful of us who know the tech world well. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our desks are usually covered in notes and cables. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we spend the whole day on one single problem, but that’s just how research goes. There’s a nice vibe in Horamavu, and we’ve gotten used to the local rhythm. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy building. We just want a functional space where we can think and build things. It’s a practical setup for a small R&D team. We take our tea breaks outside and then get back to the screens. It's a simple, steady routine for us and we like keeping it that way most of the time.
