We are over at HRBR Layout 2nd Block in Bangalore. It is a busy area but we like it here. Our office is on the second floor, 4C-432. Most days it is just us working on tech things and trying to keep everything running for the people who need us. It isn't a fancy place with lots of decorations or anything. Just desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks because the air is better out there. We’ve been at this for a while now. Tech can be frustrating when things don’t connect right, but that is what we do. We deal with the small stuff and the big stuff too. People around here know where we are. It’s a quiet building mostly, which helps when you have to focus on code or hardware. We started Netease Tech because we knew the area and wanted to work close to home. Bangalore traffic is no joke, so being in HRBR is lucky for us. We just show up every morning, climb those stairs, and get to work. It is simple. No big speeches or fancy meetings, just honest work. We try to be helpful when someone comes by with a problem. That is basically the whole story of who we are. We are just a local team doing our thing in this corner of the city. We don't have many rules, we just get things done.
