Our office for Netcentric Innovation Technology is located on Tumkur Road. We are right above the Punjab National Bank on the second floor, at No. 17/2. It’s a busy spot because of the bank and the main road traffic. Being on Tumkur Road means there’s always trucks and cars moving past, but inside the office, it stays relatively quiet. We’ve been here for a while now. The space is simple—just some desks, chairs, and our servers. We do a lot of tech innovation work, though it sounds more complicated than it really is day-to-day. Mostly, it's just us looking at code and fixing things that break. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our laptops. We usually grab lunch from the small shops downstairs. The team is quite small, so we all know what everyone is working on. It’s a very flat structure here. We don’t go for big titles or corporate hierarchy. We just want to finish our projects and make sure everything is working right. The location is convenient for those of us living on this side of Bangalore. It’s an honest place to work, and we don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just keep the technology moving forward as best as we can. It's a steady way to spend the work week.
