Up in Bangalore, Neoteric Infomatique Ltd is based at No. 11, Nandeeshwara Layout. It’s in the 560049 area of Karnataka. Bangalore is always growing, and Nandeeshwara Layout is no different. There’s always a new building going up somewhere nearby. Our office is a basic spot where we handle our daily business. It’s not a high-rise building or anything fancy like you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way because it’s easier to manage. The space is filled with the usual office stuff—desks, chairs, some old files, and a lot of cables. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work gets finished on time. The traffic in Bangalore is as bad as everyone says, so that’s always a topic of conversation around the water cooler. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the local rhythm. We don't have a big mission or a set of corporate values posted on the wall. We just come in, do the work, and try to avoid the worst of the rain during monsoon season. It’s a practical environment. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a while. We know what needs to be done and we just get on with it without making a big deal out of it.
