Neosoft Technologies

Neosoft Technologies is over on H. Siddhaiya Road Cross in Bangalore. We’re in Room 7 of the Rudhrappa Compound. If you’ve ever walked around this part of Bangalore, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different compounds and small roads. Our space is tucked away in there. It’s a tech place, so there are always wires and monitors everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized looking spot, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time coding or fixing technical issues that pop up unexpectedly. Bangalore is a big tech hub, but we feel more like a small local shop. We don’t have those huge cafeterias or bean bag chairs you see in the movies. We just have our workstations and a lot of focus. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on Siddhaiya Road is just a nightmare, so we might start a little later or stay a bit longer to catch up. The team is just a few dedicated people who really know their stuff. We don’t talk in big buzzwords or corporate speak. We just talk about how to make the software work better or why a server is acting up today. It’s a real, grounded environment where we just try to be helpful and do honest work. Sometimes it rains so hard we can't even hear each other, but we just keep typing. That’s pretty much us.
