You can find us located at 26/1-B on Dickenson Road. We deal with various technology needs for the people who live and work around here. It is mostly computer hardware stuff and some basic networking setups. Our office is not very big at all, and we often have stacks of old monitors and dusty keyboards piled up in the corner. We spend most of our day troubleshooting various system errors or setting up new computers for the small offices nearby. It is a lot of clicking around on screens and waiting for software to finish installing. Dickenson Road is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of noise coming in from the street. We have been at this same location for several years now. It started out as just one desk in the room and now we have a few more. We are certainly not a big corporation or anything like that. It is just a place where we try to solve various tech problems as they come up. Sometimes we get stuck on a particularly difficult software bug, and it takes us much longer to fix than we would like. We do not use any of that fancy technical jargon; we just tell people plainly what is wrong with their gear. We have an old coffee machine that seems to break down more often than the computers we are fixing. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
