You can find our office at 91 Dr Anand Rao Road, which is in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We have been situated in this neighborhood for a long time. Our main focus is helping people with their travel needs, whether it's booking a tour or just arranging a car for a day trip. The office is not very big or modern. We have a couple of old desks and some cupboards full of old files and brochures. It’s a quiet enough street, but we get plenty of people dropping in to ask about prices. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk. We just tell people what is available and what it will cost. Some days are very slow and we just sit here drinking tea and waiting for the phone to ring. Other times, it is pure chaos with everyone wanting a vehicle at the same time. We try to manage the drivers as best as we can, but sometimes they get stuck in traffic or have vehicle trouble. We just tell the customers the truth about any delays. We aren't a big chain agency; we are just a local business in Banashankari. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. We like the area and we plan on staying here at this address. We just keep doing our daily work and making sure the trips go as smoothly as possible.
