We are situated in the Indra Prakash Building on Palace Road. Specifically, the address is 519/9, near the Gitamandir Road intersection. It is a good location because it’s easy to get to from several different parts of the city. Neeha Properties is basically a small team of us who know the local real estate market. We don't spend much time in the office because we are usually out looking at sites or meeting people who want to buy or sell something. When we are in, the office is usually a bit quiet, except for the sound of the fans. We have been doing this for a while and have seen how much the prices have gone up over the years. It’s a tough business sometimes because deals fall through at the last minute for no reason. We don't have a shiny showroom with big posters. Our files are mostly kept in old folders and on a couple of laptops. We talk to a lot of different people, from first-time buyers to folks who have been investing in land for decades. We try to give them the facts as we see them. Palace Road is a nice area to work in, though parking can be a real nightmare if you don't get here early. We aren't some big multinational firm. We’re just local property dealers who know the streets and the buildings in this neighborhood. It is what we do every day.
