Needs & Solutions

If you head over to Kumarswamy Layout, specifically the 1st Stage on 14th Main, you’ll see house number 1781. That’s where we’ve set up Needs & Solutions. It’s more of a home-style office than a corporate one, which we think makes it a bit more comfortable for everyone. We started Needs & Solutions because we saw there were things people needed help with, and we figured we could provide some answers. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working together. The atmosphere at 14th Main is pretty relaxed most days, though it can get a bit hectic when we have a deadline. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to fix whatever needs fixing. The area around 1781 is quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a breeze if the weather is right. We've been here long enough that the local delivery guys don't need to ask for directions anymore. Our desks are usually covered in papers and notes because we’re always busy with something. It’s not perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We like being part of the Kumarswamy Layout community. It feels good to be a local business where people can just drop in and talk to us without any fuss.
