We are Nectarsoft Technologies, and our office is located right near Roopena Agrahara in Bangalore. We’re actually situated in the S N Hostel building, which might seem a bit unusual for a tech company, but it works perfectly fine for us. Bangalore is the heart of the tech world in India, but our little corner is a bit more grounded and less flashy than the big IT parks. We have a bunch of developers and support staff crammed into our workspace, and it’s usually buzzing with the sound of typing and people debating different ways to solve a problem. It’s a casual environment. No one wears suits or formal shoes here. We’re more likely to be seen in t-shirts and jeans, fueled by plenty of coffee from the machine in the corner. The traffic in this part of Bangalore is legendary, so many of us end up staying late just to avoid the worst of the evening rush. We aren't one of those massive firms with a gym and a fancy cafeteria. We just have our workstations and a small break area where we eat our lunch together. It’s a tight space, but it keeps us focused on the software we are building. The neighborhood has everything we need, from small eateries to local shops for snacks. We just focus on our projects and try to keep our heads down and get the work finished.
