Our office is located in JP Nagar, on the third floor of the Sumo Saphire building. It’s a decent building and easy enough to spot when you're on the street. We are at number 738. It’s an IT office, so naturally, there are cables everywhere and the sound of keyboards tapping all day. We deal with different kinds of IT solutions, mostly focusing on the backend stuff that people don't usually see. It’s not very exciting to explain, but it’s necessary work. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on calls trying to figure out technical requirements. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no one here who just sits around. We have been in Sumo Saphire for a while now and it feels like a second home. The view from the third floor is just the tops of trees and other buildings. We have a small pantry where we make tea and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. Most days we are just trying to hit deadlines and make sure the systems we manage stay up and running. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but we just work through it together. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and be decent to one another.
