Nayee Disha Consultancy Private Limited is out here in Yelhanka New Town. We are in the 1st Phase, specifically at 248, MIG 6th B Main. The pin code is 560064. If you’ve ever been to Yelhanka, you know it’s got its own atmosphere compared to the rest of Bangalore. It’s a bit more spread out. We work out of one of the MIG houses, so it feels very much like a home office. We like it that way because it’s not stiff or formal. We have our regulars who know where to find us. The street is usually quiet, except for the delivery vans or the local vendors passing by. Inside, we keep things simple. We have our computers, our files, and a lot of tea. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just know what we have to do when we walk in every morning. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for quite some time. We talk about our families and what we had for dinner while we work through our tasks. It’s a very human way to run a consultancy. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to keep doing our work here in the neighborhood and stay busy. It’s a good, honest living for all of us involved. We often sit near the window when the weather is nice to see the trees. It’s a comfortable spot that helps us get through the day without much stress.
