We have been operating out of Yelahanka for quite some time now. This part of the city is a bit further out, but it has everything we need to keep the vehicles moving. We don't have one of those big offices in a shopping mall. Instead, we work from a more modest spot where we can keep track of the bookings and the drivers. Most of our day is spent on the phone, checking where the cars are or making sure someone got to the airport on time. Yelahanka has changed so much lately with the new flyovers and all the construction, so we have to stay on top of the shortcuts and the traffic patterns. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes a driver calls in sick and we have to scramble to find someone else, which is just part of the job. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone around if you need to ask a question. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the morning. It is not about being corporate; it is just about making sure the trips happen like they are supposed to. We have our regulars who have been using us for years, and we see them every time they need to head out of town. It is just a regular day-to-day business in a busy part of town.
