We operate out of Uttarahalli, very close to the Sri Ravishankar Ashram. It’s a busy area with a lot of people coming and going because of the ashram. Our office is a small place where we handle all the travel bookings and trip planning. We have a few computers and a lot of maps and schedules lying around. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The phones ring quite a bit, especially during the holiday seasons. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the roads and routes pretty well. Uttarahalli is a good location for us. It’s got a bit of a buzz to it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who enjoy talking about travel. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people the prices and the times and let them decide. It’s a straightforward business. Most of our regular visitors live in the neighborhood. They stop by on their way to the shops or the ashram. We like the local feel of the place. We aren't trying to be a massive agency. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the people who book with us. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it.
