We are located right in the middle of Ombr Layout, specifically at H.No.28 on the 6th Main. If you know Banaswadi, you know it’s a pretty lively part of Bangalore. Our office isn’t hard to find if you’re looking for the 4th Cross. We’ve been handling tours and travel bookings from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a small office, packed with posters of different places and stacks of brochures that sometimes get a bit dusty. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to find decent routes for people. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out, chatting with whoever walked in. It’s a local operation here. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. People come in to ask about train tickets or bus timings quite often. Sometimes they just want to know if a certain place is good for a family trip. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons, but we manage to get through it. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually talk to each other and share stories about where they've been.
