We are tucked away at 53 on the 5A Cross in the 24th Main, 2nd Phase of Nagarathpet. It is a bit of a squeeze getting here if you are driving because the lanes are pretty narrow and there is always someone unloading a truck nearby. The shop is small, filled mostly with boxes of cables, old monitors, and printer parts that we keep for spares. It is a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at the same time. We spend our days fixing computers and helping people figure out why their internet isn't working at home. Usually, there is a pile of paperwork on my desk that I need to get through, but I would much rather be fixing a motherboard. My nephew helps out on the weekends when he isn't busy with his own stuff. The fan on the ceiling squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it helps with the heat. We don't have any big advertisements or a website that looks professional. Most people find us because someone told them we could fix their laptop for a fair price. We have been in this part of Nagarathpet for several years now. It is a noisy neighborhood, but we like being right in the middle of everything. Sometimes we have to close early if I need to go out and do an on-site repair. It is just a simple IT shop.
