Our company, Nava Nakshatra Home Pvt Ltd, is located at 1697/36 Shivaji Nagar in the KIADB Industrial Area, Phase II. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by a lot of factories and workshops. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of home building and materials. The office is often a bit dusty because of all the activity around Shivaji Nagar. We have a small crew that keeps things running, and we’re usually out on the floor or checking on deliveries. It’s a practical workspace without much in the way of decoration. We moved here because we needed the space that Phase II offers. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, whether it’s a late shipment or a change in plans. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area over time. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just putting in the hours to make sure our projects get finished. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our operations that way too. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and keep going. That's life in the industrial sector and we have been here for years now.
