80 Feet Road is always busy. Being at Indra Nagar means there’s constant noise from the traffic, but you get used to it after a month or two. Nava Mitra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. started because a few of us wanted to do things our own way without someone breathing down our necks every five minutes. We deal with various business solutions, mostly the technical stuff that keeps things running behind the scenes. Our office isn’t hard to find, but parking is a nightmare in the afternoons. Sometimes we have to park three streets away and walk in the heat. Inside, it’s mostly just us tapping away on keyboards. The air conditioner works when it wants to, which is usually not when it's really hot out. We’ve got a small kitchen area where someone always leaves an empty milk carton in the fridge. We don't have those fancy break rooms with ping pong tables. We usually just eat lunch at our desks or go to the small eatery around the corner. We’ve been through a lot of rainy seasons here, watching the water pool up on the road. It’s a decent place to work. We know most of the people in the building by now. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just come in, handle the lists we have for the day, and try to get everything finished before it gets too late.
