I work out of a small space labeled G-15 on Rajgopalnagar Main Road in HSR Layout. It’s a busy street, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic. My office is basically just a room with a big desk, a couple of chairs, and too many books. I do most of my work here, whether it’s planning out projects or meeting with people. HSR Layout is a good place to be because there is so much happening nearby. I’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. I don’t have a big staff or a corporate structure. It’s just me and sometimes a helper if things get really piled up. My approach is pretty basic. I listen to what people need and then I try to provide it without making a big fuss. I don't like using fancy titles or acting like I'm more important than I am. People stop by to chat about their ideas, and we just see if I'm the right fit for what they want. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but that’s just part of working in this area. I like the independence of having my own shop. It allows me to be honest with everyone I work with. There’s no boss to please, just the people who hire me for my time and effort. It’s a decent way to work and I wouldn't change it. I usually spend my evenings finishing up notes and getting ready for the next day.
