The office is on the 2nd floor of the Andra Devanga Sawga Building. It's right in Gandhi Nagar on Shankar Sheth Road at number 22. If you know the area, it's pretty busy with all the shops and people walking around. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of papers and files everywhere. Being an advocate means a lot of reading and writing. We spend a lot of time at the courts and then come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s not a modern glass office or anything like that. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise. We’ve been here for a long time. People come in with all sorts of problems. Legal stuff is always complicated and takes a lot of time. We sit across the desk and just talk through what needs to happen. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. I’ve lived around here most of my life, so I know the neighborhood well. It’s just me and a couple of helpers keeping the files organized. We don't do anything flashy. It's just hard work and lots of legal talk. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but everyone finds us eventually. We usually have a lot of tea while we go through the cases. It’s just how things are run here and how we spend most of our weekdays.
