Nascent Ventures Pvt Ltd is based out of 17-e over at Padmavati Corner in Peenya. If you know Peenya, you know it’s the industrial heart of the city, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers. Our spot is right at the corner, which makes it a bit easier for people to find us amidst all the other factories and warehouses. The building is pretty standard for this area, nothing that stands out too much. Inside, it’s mostly functional. We have some office space and a bit of room for whatever we are working on at the moment. It can get quite loud outside with all the industrial activity, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the type of company that has a fancy reception area with coffee machines. We’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Most of our interactions are straightforward. We talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. The team here is small and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We know the ins and outs of Peenya pretty well. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the traffic, but it’s where the real work happens. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. That’s about it for us.
