This is Narayana Rao Architects & Engineers. Our office is situated in Hbr Layout, specifically at Barve Nagar, number 407. We have been doing this for quite some time now. The space is fairly basic, just what we need to get the architectural and engineering work finished. There is usually a few of us here working on different sets of plans. Hbr Layout is a nice area, and being in Barve Nagar makes it convenient for folks to find us. We do not go in for any of that high-end office stuff. We prefer a place where we can actually get some work done without too many distractions. You might find some rolls of paper or old models sitting on the shelves. That is just part of the atmosphere. We focus on the practical side of building and design. Sometimes the phone rings a lot, and other times it is quiet enough to concentrate on the details. We have found that being at 407 works well for us. It is easy to give directions to people. Just tell them Hbr Layout and the Barve Nagar section. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a local office doing the work that needs doing. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you stop by, you will see we are just regular people working on some drawings. It is a steady way to spend the week.
