We have our office located at 309 in the Shresta Bhumi Estate. This is on New Civil Road in the Shankarapuram neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It is a professional office, but we don't go in for anything too fancy. There are just a lot of desks, some old wooden chairs, and stacks of files everywhere you look. We spend our days dealing with various documents and helping people who come in with their paperwork. Shankarapuram is a busy part of the city, and the New Civil Road always has something going on. The building is a bit older, so the elevator can be slow sometimes, and many people just end up taking the stairs. We don't have a big reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at their desk. We try to keep things organized, but when it's tax season or when there's a lot of work, the papers seem to take over the whole place. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to our clients. We just explain things in a way that makes sense. Most of the people we work for have been coming to us for years. We just keep doing the same steady work every day and try to keep the records straight.
