Narayan Associates

Narayan Associates is up here on the 2nd floor of SNS Chambers. Sadashiva Nagar is a pretty nice part of town, mostly full of old houses and big trees, so it stays a bit cooler than the main city areas. We have got office number 28. To be honest, the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them, but we do not mind the daily exercise. The office is mostly filled with shelves of old files and some computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or just going through documents. It is not the kind of work that makes for very exciting stories, but it is important to the people who come to see us. We have been in this building for quite some time now. You get to know the other people working on the different floors after a while. The 2nd floor is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers or the legal paperwork we handle. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road when we need a break. It is a simple routine for us. We show up, deal with whatever is on the desk, and head home when the sun goes down. We do not really do much in the way of advertising our name. Most people find us because they know the neighborhood or someone told them where we are.
