Nandhini Restaurant

We started Nandhini Restaurant over here in Kolathu Palayam Pudhur some years back. It’s a quiet spot in Kodumudi, mostly people from the Erode district stopping by when they are passing through. The building is at 5/4 and it’s nothing fancy, just a place where we cook the food we know how to make. Most mornings we are busy getting the kitchen ready before the sun gets too hot. People come in for a quick bite or to sit for a bit while they’re on a break from work. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and it gets crowded on market days, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle the cooking and cleaning every day. The address is easy to find if you know the area, right there in the Pudhur part of town. We spend a lot of time making sure there’s enough for everyone who shows up. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local spot where the floor is clean and the food is hot. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice because you get to know what people like. If you are near Kodumudi, you might have seen our sign. It's a simple life here, just keeping the stove going and making sure we don't run out of ingredients by the afternoon.
