We are based at R S Mansion on the third floor, right on the Indranagar Ring Road in Domlur. It’s a very busy spot in Bangalore, and you can always hear the cars and bikes from the office. Our group has been around for quite a while, focusing on both hotels and the restaurant side of things. Most of our day is spent managing the supplies for the kitchens or checking on the room bookings. It’s a lot of coordination between the different locations. The office itself is pretty plain, just a bunch of desks and some old files. We aren’t really into fancy corporate culture; we just want to make sure the food tastes right and the rooms are ready for guests. Working in the food industry means there’s always something urgent happening, like a delivery that’s late or a stove that needs fixing. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the never-ending list of chores. Domlur is a good place to be, even if the Ring Road traffic is a mess most of the time. We have a lot of regular staff who have been with us for years, and it feels a bit like a family business even though we've grown. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks of running a hospitality business from our little office at No 165. It's constant work but it keeps us going.
